I am so thankful for my wonderful family!! Dave is so amazing. He helps around the house with cooking, cleaning, laundry, you name it he helps. He has loved me and accepted me for who I am and has helped me with all the baggage that I have. He is an honest, trustworthy man with a good work ethic. He honors his priesthood, fulfills his callings to the best of his abilities, and is always worthy to give priesthood blessings when called upon. The three girls are a great help as well. We all may have our days when we get on each others nerves, but at the end of the day we love each other and are thankful for being an Eternal Family. I am very thankful for my husband and daughters. Thank you Honey and girls for your awesomeness and support of me. I love you!! I couldn't do this without all that you do for me and your support!

Doctor Visit
Today I had my follow-up for the arthritis results. It is official, I have rheumatoid arthritis in my spine, hips, and knees. Today we did x-rays to see how progressive it is at this point. I have been okay with the diagnosis until today, it just really hit me that I am physically disabled. There is no cure and I have to learn to deal with it. I have been dealing with the pain for many years in my back and it has only gotten worse since I had Kaitlyn. The worst has been this last year. I have to use a cane when I walk and I am physically exhausted all the time. The doctor said this is all very typical of RA. Right now we are going with pain management, and do as much as I can when I can. The doctor said to not sit around waiting for this disease to take over. Then he asked me how Dave felt about this. Then I realized what I am thankful for....

Pam, I can't believe how optimistic and upbeat you are with everything that you are dealing with. I am sorry about the new diagnosis...that is not fun news. You'll be in our prayers.
